Our sales policy: no returns, no refunds
At Slabs and Swag, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our collectibles. We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect all aspects of their potential purchase before completing the transaction. We aim for complete transparency and want you to be confident in your selections.
Damaged items during shipping
While we take utmost care in packaging your items, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit. If a card or merchandise is genuinely proven to have been damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement of equal value. To qualify, you must provide legitimate proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. We will provide final pictures of the product being packaged and shipped for your reference. Please note that "buyer's remorse" or "buyer's guilt" will not be reviewed or considered for a replacement or refund.
